Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mana Teluginti Vastralayam, we deal exclusively in women’s ready-made clothing. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.

No General Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, dislike of color, fabric, fit, or change of mind.
All products are checked before dispatch and sold as ready-made garments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or an incorrect size/item due to an error from our side,
we will provide a resolution as outlined below:

• An exchange will be offered if the same product or size is available.
• If an exchange is not available, a refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as a store coupon,
  depending on availability and order conditions.

Any such request must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery, along with clear images or videos of the issue.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted before dispatch only.
To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp using the contact number provided on our website.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be provided in cases of:

• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Minor color or design variations due to screen differences
• Requests raised after the allowed reporting period

Final Decision

The final decision regarding exchanges or refunds rests solely with Mana Teluginti Vastralayam, after reviewing the request and supporting evidence.
